IVEE™ Licensing Model Overview & Assumptions

Compliance

Revenues will be generated from providing on-line compliance services to business customers. We have Fortune 500 pilots that will be revenue producing. We are pricing the offering as an "all you can eat" service that will be billed as a per month fee per employee. We will offer discounts and/or tiered pricing to larger clients.

Private Corporate Data Collecting Events:

This section of our pricing model is based on the concept of providing custom visual marketing, polling and customer feedback. Because IVEE™ gathers dozens of data points from consumers watching videos we believe our cost of $10 per event attendee is viable.

Advertising

Revenues will be generated by users viewing ads in public or White Label events. Ad aggregators would serve the platform ads and pay each time one is viewed. We can manage multiple vendors through the Limelight platform.

IVEE™ White Label Licenses

Based on the pervasive use of video across social media websites and mobile devices, the growth in media streaming services and the need for traditional news and media broadcasts to more aggressively solicit feedback and input from viewers, we believe the IVEE™ technology is perfectly positioned to be OEM licensed or White Labeled to a strategic technology, broadcast media, streaming media, gaming or political party such as Google, Microsoft, Disney, Sony, Netflix, Amazon, EA, Zynga, RNC, etc. Also, large corporate advertising firms, market research firms or political campaign consulting firms could be potential OEM or White Label candidates. We estimate that each OEM and White Label agreement could be $1 million + as previous “exclusive” offers for the technology were made at that level. We also believe that up to 50% of the company’s annual revenues could be driven by OEM and White Label licenses.
